One of the most rewarding decisions I have ever taken is to quit my job as a journalist to enroll myself in a film school.
As a filmmaker, I instantly saw the world with so much more complexity, so much to capture, and with a steep learning curve with each project. I believe the form is dictated by the content and have been completely open to the independent practice of mixed-genre media making.
Experiments with point and shoot
I worked closely with communities in Cambodia for FAO of the UN in 2012. As a part of the program, I travelled extensively in the interiors of the country, documenting livilihoods and homes.
